Attorney Scott Dicus received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law after completing his undergraduate studues at UCLA. Mr. Dicus is a member of the California State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the California Superior Court, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. In Southern California, Mr. Dicus helps clients with trust and estate planning and bankruptcy. Throughout California, he works with clients in clearing up warrants and expunging old criminal records. ¿Un fideicomiso revocable protege mi casa de Medi-Cal?
Después del 1 de enero de 2017, solo son recuperables aquellas casa sujetos a Probate.
